While a short read, this book elaborates on the status of those few women at the top, how they get there, how they leave and what happens when they’re gone. It also addresses the way the numbers of women in business decrease as time progresses and some reasons for that as well. I found it enlightening and recommend it to anyone interested in the progression of workplace equality toward the top. It ends with a call to action that is realistic and one that I hope to see in the near future.
